My wife and I moved him into our home after we determined that his memory was too bad to be living in the independent living facility were he had lived for the last 3 1/2 years.Click on each picture for enlarged/full view.
Shortly after he moved in, we discovered that his memory was worse than we had believed. The whole time he lived with us, at least twice a day he had to be directed in the direction of the bathroom.Click on each picture for enlarged/full view.
All he does all day is sit in front of the TV and repeatedly asks the same two or three questions every 3 minutes. On top of his memory loss, he is loosing his eyesight and hearing.Click on each picture for enlarged/full view.
My brother and I shared an exciting upbringing. With our father we hunted, fished, boated and rode motorcycles. Dad was strong, vibrant and adventurous. Little of that person exists, now. And with each passing day, more is gone.Click on each picture for enlarged/full view.
